What Sets Us Apart

Not-for-Profit

SIVNA is proudly a not-for-profit organization for one very good reason: being a not-for-profit allows us to focus ALL of our energy and resources on our patients and not chasing profits that end up in the hands of stockholders. In today’s economy, very few agencies subscribe to our way of operating, but we’ve grown each year as word of our professionalism and dedication makes its way from patient…to close friends….and on to neighbors and fellow church members in need of our services. Does that really matter to patients and their families? Absolutely! This is what one recent patient had to say about us:

“Everyone I came in contact with was professional, but personable. They took the time to answer my questions, reassure me, and ease my concerns by treating me like family. Your staff gave me outstanding care! Yours is the only agency I’ll ever recommend to others. Thank you all so much!”

Comprehensive Care

The variety of services and programs available through SIVNA blend together to meet the unique needs of each person we serve. We recognize that people have needs other than medical that impact their way of life and threaten their independence, so we set out to meet those challenges as well. With one phone call to SIVNA, professional in-home medical care can be arranged, a home delivered meal can be scheduled and homemaker services set up to help out in the home. That’s just one example among many possibilities. We hope you will spend some time looking over the services we offer, and then call us and let us show you the SIVNA difference.

Accreditation

SIVNA has been accredited by CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program) for more than a decade. We voluntarily subjected our organization to this rigorous evaluation process to demonstrate our high standards of excellence and ongoing commitment to quality.
