How do I go about getting services started?

  • A phone call is all it takes to get things started. Before home care can begin, your physician will be contacted to determine if home health services are necessary and appropriate for you. Our staff will work closely with your personal physician in planning and implementing those services which best address your personal needs.

How long do I have to wait before my services start?

  • Once we have a verbal order from your physician, we will put you on the schedule to be seen within 48 hours or on the day requested by your physician.

How will I know when my visit will be?

  • The nurse or therapist making the visit will contact you by phone prior to coming and identify themselves by name. The nurse or therapist may ask for directions, which door to come to, etc.

What should I have ready when someone comes?

  • During the first visit, the nurse or therapist will need to see a copy of your insurance or Medicare card and another form of identification such as a driver’s license or state ID.

what services do you provide?

  • Our services are described in detail on the Home Health Care page. If you have any specific questions or needs that are not addressed there, please give our office a call.

How much will my services cost me?

  • If Medicare or Medicaid is your pay source, there are no out of pocket expenses for you. If you have insurance, it will depend on your policy. Please call us so we can be specific based on your situation.

Are services available where I live?

  • We provide services in all of St. Clair county, Madison county, Monroe county, and much of Randolph and Clinton counties in Illinois.

Is there someone I can talk to after regular business hours when I have a medically related concern?

  • Yes. There is a nurse available by phone 24 hours a day.
